Storytellers came out to this Story Slam with some fantastic tales of love, melancholy, break-ups, workplace weirdness and much more. Eight poets took the stage, and many newbies rocked the mic right, including Stephanie from the UK and Kat. And it was an awesome surprise to see Joe Dewar return to TPS, we haven't seen him in awhile!
Second round saw a nice variety of stories, from That Brown Bastard's tale of horrific nose-picking to Dave Silverberg's portrait of a breakup on the TTC to Stephanie's camping trip in B.C.

Three women in the final round? Let's be real, no jokesies, we haven't had an all-female final round in a long time, and how appropriate for it to befall on our annual tradition, the Anything Goes Slam.
In an event where poets are encouraged to break the rules and use props and wear costumes and play instruments...the 12 poets took full advantage.
