Featuring Chris Tse! The 22-year-old, originally from Coquitlam, BC, was the 2010 Capital Slam champion and captained Ottawa's Capital Slam team to its second consecutive national title at the 2010 Canadian Festival of Spoken Word. He placed second at the 2011 Poetry Slam World Cup in Paris, France. He has performed across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Ghana, and his work has appeared on CBC Radio and CTV and received play on radio stations from Ghana to Australia. He has one chapbook of poetry entitled "An Ode to My Afro", and a CD of the same name. Tse is 1/2 of the poetry super-duo PinkoTse, a touring show comprised of Tse and Edmonton's Mary Pinkoski, the 2011 national champion.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys basketball, birkenstocks, biblical references, beer, and alliteration.
