On Tuesday, the Toronto Poetry Slam Team leaves our fair city to compete at the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word in Saskatoon, from Oct. 9 to 13. Our Team will go up against 22 other slam teams from across the nation, with the goal of making Semifinals on Friday and Finals on Saturday.
We know many of our fans can't make the trip BUT you can follow the action via our Twitter feed @TOpoetryslam
We aren't certain when we bout on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday, but we'll keep you posted Monday night via Twitter. We won't have access to Facebook as much, so Twitter is the best place to keep posted on scores/highlights/fun twitpics.
